We’re an experiential property based in two locations, Panshet & Nhavi, both near Pune. When we say experiential, what we mean is the kind of experiences people get at our properties are unique in terms of their stay, the food, the activities and the whole vibe in general.

While being conceptually similar, Panshet & Nhavi have stark differences in terms of the topography & how our accommodations are built. Panshet is located on a hill-top, and has all straight lines and edges, while Nhavi is a farm land covered with trees, and has rounds and curves as one of its strong highlights.

Almost everything at our properties is built in a sustainable manner, where we make use of all natural materials that are available around the area and gather all local artisans to build the property that we have today. A lot of upcycled decor, best-from-waste concepts will be found at both our properties.

Along with the type of accommodations that we build, what makes us stand out from the rest is the kind of events & festivals we run throughout the year. A hands-on volunteering workshop called ‘Dirty Hands’ takes place every October, where designers & architects get together to ideate and build things at the property for a period of one week. Come December, we bring in ‘Toodles’, which is our own way of saying goodbye to the year gone by in a fun, creative manner. Around February, we bring all the couples together for a ‘Valentine’s Special’. And in March, we bring in ‘Zero Period’, where the idea is to take everyone back to their Zero Periods in schools through a combination of art & movement.

Run by four 25-year olds, The Aryavart Escape aims to bring the best of hospitality and experiences through two architects, a company secretary and an engineer. The idea was conceptualised when we were all barely 22, so it only makes sense to say that we’ve grown alongside our concepts and ideas over time.

Four years ago, it brought us immense joy to see 10 people at our property who would visit us to experience the concepts and ideas like we wanted them to. Today, having hosted more than 10,000 people over the years, our belief in our ideas has only grown stronger.

The journey so far has been nothing less than exciting. It gives us immense pleasure to wake up to brand new ideas every single day, hopefully building bigger and better experiences for all of us together.
