Refund policy

  • The following Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy is effective from 12th November, 2021.

  • Kindly reply us on the confirmation e-mail to process a cancellation or reschedule
  • Charges mentioned below will be deducted from the advance amount
  • Refund will be processed via our Payment Gateways or via Netbanking after having received appropriate bank details from the customer.

  • Our payments gateways will auto-deduct the transaction fees before issuing the refund

  • Calculated based on the advance amount received at the time of booking.

  • Considered as per number of days prior to the Check-in date

  • Once rescheduled, cannot be cancelled

  • Reschedule applicable within 45 days from Check-in date

  • Reschedule subject to availibilty of accommodations

  • Reschedule applicable as per the packages during re-booking

  • Offers/discounts/referrals not applicable

  • Free reschedule in case of an official Government lockdown

  • If cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours or less prior to the check-in time, the 50% advance remains non-refundable


Charges deducted from the advance amount:

Cancellation (basis check-in date):

More than 8 days: 100% refund

5-8 days: 50% refund

4 days or less: 0% refund

Rescheduling Fee (basis check-in date):

More than 8 days: 100% refund

5-8 days: 25% of advance

4 days or less: 50% of advance
